In order to ensure you remain current on your Referral Fees, our contracted employers will withhold the fee from your paycheck. Download the form for any employer you would like to withhold the fee and fax or mail it to us and we will get it processed with the employer. Be advised it takes up to a month for the various payroll companies to get the fee withholding started so you may receive a bill for the time when it it not withheld.
